Nick Mattiacci
Investment Operations and Research Analyst
Nick Mattiacci is an Investment Operations and Research Analyst at DSG Capital Advisors. He joined the firm in September 2025 and contributes to investment research, portfolio management, and trade execution across client accounts.
Prior to joining DSG, Nick was a Research Analyst at Castalian Partners, a long/short equity hedge fund, where he led research coverage across small- and mid-cap equities. He began his career at Craig-Hallum Capital Group, covering software companies and publishing research for institutional investors. Nick earned his CFA® charter in 2022 and holds a B.S.B. in Finance and Accounting, with a minor in Management Information Systems, from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys golfing, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
