Klair Reese, CPA

Klair Reese joined DSG Capital Advisors in 2020 and leads Family Office Services. She has over 25 years of accounting, audit and tax experience, and understands the importance of knowing the intricacies of a client’s financial needs.

Klair came to DSG Capital Advisors from a fourth-generation family office where she was a controller for nearly 15 years. She began her career as a staff accountant with Westberg, Eischens, Van Buren and Ruff, a regional firm in West Central Minnesota. She then transitioned to Grant Thornton, where she accumulated experience on a global scale as an Audit Senior III.

Throughout Klair's career, it has been the "people" factor that is most meaningful — developing relationships within organizations at every level. Klair offers her clients a well-rounded skillset in tax planning, financial decision-making, and investment management, both domestically and globally. Clients appreciate her attention to detail and consistent process management.

Klair holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Southwest State University, including a Certified Public Accountant certification.

Klair lives in the northwest corridor with her husband and two children, where they enjoy a wide variety of outdoor activities including camping, rock climbing, hiking, fishing and trail running. She is also an avid reader and can often be found doing so from her favorite hammock or wherever a proper tree can be found.
